Who is it for?
This programme is for businesses that have been up and running for a couple of years or more, have a turnover £180,000 or more, a small team – and big ambitions. If you’re ready to take your business to the next level, this is the package for you.

With this coaching, you’ll learn how to:

The 90 Day Plan
The Quarterly Strategic Plan will give you the focus and the targets to work on the things that will have the greatest impact, with Jacquie giving you the support and accountability you need each month to make sure you implement what you have agreed.

The 90-Day Plan keeps business owners focused on what truly drives growth. It’s only for Entrepreneurs Circle members or those who’ve completed my Business Growth Accelerator Programme. Through quarterly planning sessions, you’ll set clear, measurable goals and track them in a plan that we’ll share. This plan will helps you focus and take action – and will also keep you accountable.
Investment
- £399 + VAT at the start of each quarter, followed by £100 + VAT per month until the next quarterly payment.
This is a rolling three-month programme with a minimum commitment of six months, ensuring you have the time to see real results.

You’ll work with Jacquie on a quarterly basis to set the targets that will move your business forward. These will be agreed and recorded in a shared plan for you to work on consistently.
Then in the interim months you’ll have an accountability call with Jacquie where she will hold your feet to the fire, check you’re on track and point you in the right direction when you need it.
